With Chloe, you never know what bedtime will bring. Therefore, we always peek in on Chloe after she has fallen asleep, but before we go to sleep. On Thursday evening, we ran our usual routine, and this is what we found…
Chloe was asleep on her bed, with one pillow (normally has two). Her other bed pillow, along with some other throw pillows, were on the floor with some of her stuffed animals laying on them. I literally snuck into her room to take this picture – flash & all… just had to capture it! It was precious!!
The baby Minnie comes with a blanket which she shared with the elephant. But for those who are homeless and have no blankets, she has pulled out tissues… what a warm solution?!
And just for the record, here are the names: (top row) Lil’ Bear, Gladys, (2nd row) elephant, Baby Minnie, and the pink bear IS, indeed, “Harold”.
“Harold” came to life on our trip to Disneyland in May. Chloe and Kate went to Build-A-Bear at Disneyland and made an animal. It was Chloe’s first and only experience there. She picked out the pink bear with hearts, and then picked out a pink ballet outfit for it (SHOCKER!). When sweetly asked what she planned to name it, she said, “Hmmm, something with an ‘H’!…*thinking*…. “I know – HAROLD!” And that, my friends, is the rest of the story!
