My neighbor asked if I would prepare some cupcakes for a bridal shower that she is hosting for her sister. I made homemade chocolate cupcakes, and filled each one with a raspberry filling. They are topped with a chocolate buttercream (with a splash of Chambord), and decorated with raspberries that I picked this morning. A shave of chocolate finished each one!
Funny, I didn’t have any complaints when asked to try them out and see if they would work!
