Keith and I were on the hunt for Star Wars coloring book this morning. And that took us to the local $1 store. We were unsuccessful with the coloring book, BUT we did score with some cool water-squirters. SOLD!!
After picking Chloe up from the bus, we headed down to Dave & Marilyn’s where Phil is currently working on a project for them. Grandma and Grandpa have a beautiful garden and with the sun shining, we sat outside for his lunch break and watched the kids play with their cool new toys!
They were having fun filling up their water squirters and then either watering Grandpa’s plants or washing our car! Fine by me!!
After some down time there, we headed home and got ready for the evening. We met Team Walz at The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. While waiting for our table, Chloe & Keith found a snail!!
Over all, it was a great day which ended on a fun note with friends & family!!
