A Day for the Girls

IMG_5195  Phil was putting in the second level on the playhouse today – so Keith stayed with him.  Chloe and I headed out with Denise & Kate for a Girls Day.  The little girls were in need of a haircut, especially since school is upon us and they were lookin’ a little shaggy.  Chloe was starting to look like Cousin It.IMG_5165 IMG_5166IMG_5165

We hit lunch at SPUDS on Green Lake.  I had never been there, but Denise & James always say it is a must.  The girls chased the pigeons, and enjoyed the weather while we ate outside.  Then it was off to get haircuts & a cupcake – our grooming ritual with these two young ladies.

Here they are AFTER their cuts, but before their cupcakes.  Just take notice of how clean that little table is… it won’t last long!!

Finally, this was the site on the side of the road leaving Wallingford Center… very odd.

This is so odd you would post this today...my cousin lives in Seattle in this building above the comic book store! She was telling me about the costumed people she had to meander through while getting to her car this morning, I think it was some kind of mini-convention at the store.
